Job responsibilities:

  • Assist daily maintenance work, rectifying electrical malfunction, facility repairing work.
  • Installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, facilities and other hostel related issues based on IWCF complaints.
  • Rectify and close complaints with evidence.
  • To rectify and close all customer and safety findings within the due date.
  • Assist in empty room set up upon movement.
  • Update tagging for move in and move out inventory
  • Keep track on stock card and update to superior
  • Inventory and stock card management
  • Performs other related duties as required by superior from time to time
  • Carries out preventative maintenance as per schedule schedules for buildings and equipment.

Requirements:


Education:
Diploma / Vocational

Experience:
Building Maintenance and Facilities

Skills:


  • Plumbing, Electrical System and General Building Maintenance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Building Maintenance
  • Possess own transport
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work long hours
  • Multitasking

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate


Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
