  • Regional Manager, Sales (Malaysia & Brunei)

Position Summary:


  • Manager Corporate Sales Malaysia is a dynamic and strategic leader who will manage and lead the corporate sales team in Malaysia (central directly and other Malaysia's station indirectly) to meet and exceed the corporate sales targets. This role involves providing support and guidance to the team, driving the acquisition of local accounts, and implementing robust account management strategies and marketing activities to maximize corporate sales revenue.

Key Accountability:


Leadership & Management:


  • Lead the corporate sales team in Malaysia to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Mentor and develop the team through motivation, counselling, skills development, and product knowledge development.
  • Manage the sales team's performance and alignment with the company's strategic direction.

Corporate Sales Strategy & Execution:


  • Develop and execute strategic corporate sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our corporate customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships through a structured Account Management Plan.
  • Continuous engagement with customers to understand their corporate travel needs and objectives. And effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Account Management:


  • Drive the acquisition of new local accounts while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Implement a comprehensive account management process to ensure ongoing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. This applies to both Local and Global Accounts.

Reporting & Analysis:


  • Prepare and present corporate sales revenue to the management team

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • It is mandatory to have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
