As part of our team, you will be:

  • Act as a team lead and advisor on Accounts Receivable in leading Global Accounts Receivable tasks in driving process excellence.
  • Responsible for overseeing all Accounts Receivable activity and ensuring it's completely and accurately accounted for monthend close purpose, within the stipulated time frame.
  • Heavily involved with continuous process improvement in driving process efficiency and effectiveness, as well as looking into standardization of global processes.
  • To support migration/implementation activities, stabilize team and develop to operate highly efficient team.
  • Ensure timely follow of delinquent outstanding accounts receivable with customer.
  • Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
  • Liaising with internal and external party to ensure smooth routine and month/yearend closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agent and other relevant professionals and authorities.
  • Develop and enhance companyrelated financial processes.
  • Able to handle any adhoc task assigned from time to time.

We're looking for someone who (preferably) is:

  • At least 5-year of relevant AR working experience as Team Lead role is required for this position.
  • Having shared service experiences are preferred.
  • Experience in using ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Work towards tight deadline.
  • Good people skills, selfdriven, motivated, broad minded and should be comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Computer literate strong in Microsoft Excel.
  • Travelling might be required.
