As part of our team, you will be:

Act as a team lead and advisor on Accounts Receivable in leading Global Accounts Receivable tasks in driving process excellence.
Responsible for overseeing all Accounts Receivable activity and ensuring it's completely and accurately accounted for monthend close purpose, within the stipulated time frame.
Heavily involved with continuous process improvement in driving process efficiency and effectiveness, as well as looking into standardization of global processes.
To support migration/implementation activities, stabilize team and develop to operate highly efficient team.
Ensure timely follow of delinquent outstanding accounts receivable with customer.
Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
Liaising with internal and external party to ensure smooth routine and month/yearend closing activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agent and other relevant professionals and authorities.
Develop and enhance companyrelated financial processes.
Able to handle any adhoc task assigned from time to time.

We're looking for someone who (preferably) is:

At least 5-year of relevant AR working experience as Team Lead role is required for this position.
Having shared service experiences are preferred.
Experience in using ERP systems is an added advantage.
Work towards tight deadline.
Good people skills, selfdriven, motivated, broad minded and should be comfortable working in a team environment.
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Computer literate strong in Microsoft Excel.
Travelling might be required.
