Roles & Responsibilities

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles
Develop policy and SOP for development and promote good and main functionality and maintainability programming standard for development team
Assist in the collection of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
Coordinate and liaise with vendor on project implementation and workflow integration
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Excellent programming skill (logical and practices)
Work closely with team infrastructure and network
Work closely with infrastructure and network team
Good communication skill and Teamwork
Good knowledge of SDLC or agile methodology or DevOps

Requirements:

Possess at least Bachelor, Professional Degree in Software Development / Computer Engineering or equivalent
Prior experience as an android developer will be advantageous
Advantage if have plantation domain knowledge
Willing to travel across East & West Malaysia & Indonesia

Skills & Proficiencies

NET and C++

Experience in Reporting Database such as Reporting Services
Good understanding of OOP and understands COM programming
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices, as well as software tester
Familiarity with Nocode Rapid Mobile App Development (RMAD) platform like EMOBIQ, etc
Familiarity with Web Services, APIs and push notifications
Familiarity with continuous integration in between frontend and backend system
