Description
Achievement of agreed sales and GP budgets for respective product portfolios,

  • Promote awareness of Henry Schein CAD/CAM, consumables, ortho, and other portfolio among private clinics, group chains as well as Government dental institutions.
  • Prospecting & onboarding new clinics. Product presentation & demo arrangement.
  • Be actively involved in presales follow ups, closing and aftersales service for appointed accounts.
  • Ensure that leads, requests for information, quotes and samples are followed through to the satisfaction of each client and comply with internal company procedures.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing with customers, within limits or contracts, to achieve the sale.
  • Contribute input for pricing & package deals / yearly purchase contracts.
  • To support the promotional activities of the organisation.
  • Contribute to the new product launch campaigns.
  • Liaise within the dental industry and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, industry conventions, dental conferences and sales / training programs as required.
  • Submit weekly and monthly report to share market intel, info about competitors and other related activity with emphasis on key competition's prices, new products, services, or program introductions.
  • Maintain communication with respective Business Unit Managers on regular basis, participate in weekly and monthly meetings and submit written reports as required.
  • Meet deadlines, established goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain good relationships with all accounts.
  • Execute customised growth plans for accounts.
  • Maintain uptodate customer records in accordance with company standards (using ZOHO CRM).
  • Maintain an effective call cycle for all clients within the defined territory. Regularly contact customers to inform about current promotional product offers and suggest new products and technologies, utilising consultative sales techniques.
  • Ensure that educational & promotional information is effectively distributed to customers.
  • Plan and implement inventory forecast for assigned accounts.
  • Drive online ordering via webshop.
  • Work closely with Admin Executive to provide accurate information on the invoicing, product delivery, and coordinate payment collections with Finance.
  • Attend vendor product training sessions and learn product details and key selling points of products and technologies.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, where required.
  • Application specialist and support coaching role with dental clinics and labs to ensure new technologies are understood and fully utilized in the clinic/lab.
  • Product training, installation, yearly maintenance
  • Proactively report product related issues to the manufacturers.

Job Requirements:

  • High level of communication (written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • High level of organizational skills including attention to administrative details, record keeping and use of available tools including sales reports, product information and other.
  • Sound analytical skills and business savvy
  • Ability to prepare and conduct presentations or demonstrations.
  • Understands the sales order fulfilment process.
  • Is perceptive in reading customers during all aspects of the sales process
  • Able to quickly build rapport and maintain collaborative relationships with a wide range of people customers, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Works comfortably in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to demonstrates persuasiveness in an enthusiastic & professional way

Salary:
Up to RM4,500.00 per month
