Description

Responsibilities

  • To meet and greet guests with warm hospitality and deliver high level of service to guests
  • Direct and guide guests through the F&B outlet or banquet hall and provide any needed assistance.
  • To prepare coffee breaks, carts and stations with assigned food and beverages as per event order.
  • To accommodate to guest request for any special order or banquet event arrangements
  • To ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, clean silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting.
  • Monitor F&B outlet and banquet hall for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
  • To ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all F&B and banquet area
  • To perform any additional tasks as delegated by management or guests to ensure our guests satisfaction

Requirements:


  • High school, certificate or diploma in related area
  • Preferably from hotel environment with handson experience in similar position.
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Malaysian citizen

Salary: RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
