Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain key relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors and relevant stakeholders in the region.
  • Manage full aspect of Business Development process for sustainable energy solutions.
  • Being involved with strategy development, lead qualification, managing tenders and proposals, contract negotiations and budget management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide the right solutions based on project requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering would be ideal.
  • 8 years of experience in a Business Development role within the energy solutions industry.
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency solutions.
  • Experience working with Build Own Operate Transfer business models.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
