Responsibilities:

Manage and handle full set of construction drawings.
Oversee project development from the design stage to project completion.
Perform general administration work and ensure project documentation is accurate and uptodate.
Carry out adhoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Able to handle projects independently with strong project management skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, and working drawing.
Excellent design concepts and good presentation skills to convey ideas to clients effectively.
Fluent Cantonese speaking is required.
Immediate availability is preferred.
