Keeping records on customer interactions, transactions, comments and issues.

To provide best solution to resolve arising issues through discussions.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
To provide prompt response and customer support to customer inquiries
To assist in monitoring and coordinating work at site on a daily basis.
To arrange schedule for all cleaners and plan manpower utilization.
To ensure Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to at all times.
To control and monitor the correct use of appropriate cleaning materials at the work site.
To ensure adequate manpower is available at site
To recruit headcount for cleaner as and when shortage of manpower occurs.
Provide guidance and training for cleaners and ensure team member's skill and competency are maintained.
To carry out stock checks and placing order on equipment and material as required.
To manage documents for delivery, collections and ensure payment cheques are collect on a timely from client.
To prepare report for all sites under supervision.
To attend meeting and other ad hoc duties as required.
Able to work outside normal working hours as and when required.
To adhere to existing or new practices, methods, procedures, undertake training and development activities. and respond positively to new alternative system.
To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior.
