Customer Service
Working Location :
KL Eco City Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum)
Salary Range :
RM 2,500 to RM 3,500
Working Hours :
Monday, Wednesday and Friday (10am - 7pm), Tuesday and Thursday (10am - 8pm), Saturday (10am - 3pm), one day off day choosen from Mon to Sat
Job Descriptions
- Provides support for orders, questions, concerns, and events for Wellness Advocates in Malaysia.
- Communicate effectively on customers enquiries
- Customer management
- Support related events
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management office if needed
- Perform warehouse duties (receiving and inspection of goods into warehouse and stock take) if needed
- Perform any duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements
- Ability to resolve complaints, research and resolve problems with Wellness Advocate orders promptly and courteously.
- Able to respond on member concerns in professional manner.
- Multilingual abilities would be an added advantage.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary:
Up to RM3,500.00 per month
