Description

To attend and investigation on Fund Transfer through CIMB Clicks / CIMB Self Service Terminal (ATM / CRM) made by proprietary customers and other Financial Institutions.

To liaise with other Banks on status of complaints
To prepare daily and monthly reports.
Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
