Role Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced _
    _Manager of Business Support cum Admin__ to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our business support and logistics operations with a strong focus on inventory and stock management. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify problems, develop solutions, and enhance processes to streamline our supply chain operations._

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for inventory and warehouse management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock handling.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize inventory control and stock management.
  • Collaborate with crossdepartmental teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize consignment stock allocation, ensuring appropriate levels of inventory to meet operational needs.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities, including vendor management, negotiations, and procurement processes.
  • Oversee E-Perolehan (EP) coordination, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, stock levels, and procurement activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, performance metrics, and supply chain operations.
  • Lead problemsolving efforts related to inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team members' development and growth.
  • Manage office and facilities operations, including maintenance, security, and logistics support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of team management experience.
  • Understanding of distribution and logistics principles.
  • Interest in innovative technologies, with a focus on automation software.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, and logistics operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
