Customer Service - Shah Alam, Malaysia - Lapasar
Description
Job Task:
- Handling any queries on live chat and WhatsApp for any update.
- Attending to customer's product queries and driver's queries on location.
- Making calls to customers regarding reminder on net promoter score surveys customers to call daily) and more.
- Record all feedback and problems from customers after deliveries are completed.

Salary:
RM500.00 per month
