1 To plan and arrange job. 2 To ensure job schedules are met. 3 Participate in tool design review and give ideas to simplify and improve design concept and quality. 4 To determine process requirements according to tool drawings. 5 To maintain the quality of the job. 6 To fill in job performance records. 7 To clean work place after use. 8 Comply to QMS, EMS / OHS requirements and procedures. SKILLS REQUIRED Understanding of QMS, EMS & OHS procedures and requirements. At least 3 to 4 years in mould making experience. Good planning skill. To read and understand drawings / specification / inspection criteria. Knowledge of using measuring equipment. Basic communications skills. Ability to operate the different types of machines. At least one year experience as a machinist. Technical know-how to carry out tool fabrication.
