Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to daily office operations.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as daily sales reports and sales transactions.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, database and reports.
- Respond customer's queries and complaints products in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentation and administrative supports.
- Any adhoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Admin, preferably in similar field or Business nature.
- Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
- Good communication skills and can interact with all levels of customers.
- Must be detailoriented to ensure job accuracy.
- Ability to multi task, organized and possess good time management.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
Pay:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
