Description

Responsibilities:


  • As the main lead person of communication between customers and internal party on assigned areas/customers.
  • To handle correspondence related to all customer service and marketing activities.
  • To represent the company in attending meetings with customers, communicate & maintain good customer service and business relationships in assigned areas.
- to be proactive and establish an effective working relationship with all support departments.

  • To manage multiple projects at the business and organization level by working with interdepartments.
  • To coordinate, follow up and attend all customer's external audits and ensure compliance to all audit areas by working with interdepartments.
- interdepartmental data analysis by collecting latest data and prepare data presentation to customers (Gantt Chart, Diagram, Tables & etc)

  • To prepare, monitor, and review the expiry date and terms & conditions of the customer's agreement.
  • To support company activities and customer's special event announcements.
  • To provide accurate reports and timely reports to the superior and Management.
  • To participate in external (RBA, customerrelated) and internal audits (ISO, RBA &, etc)
  • To ensure operational activities meet the department's objectives and achieve department KPIs.
  • To assist in the preparation of tenancy agreement and support on Admin Operations when required by superior or Management from time to time.
  • To undertake and execute and adhoc assignments or other job tasks as and when required by superior or management from time to time.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years experience in a related field.
  • Required Skill(s): Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, Has initiative and is able to work independently in a variety of situations, Good time management is essential, Possess own car transport
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

Job Types:

RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
