Customer Service - Bayan Lepas, Malaysia - RIGHT PRISTINE MANPRO SDN BHD
Description
Responsibilities:
- As the main lead person of communication between customers and internal party on assigned areas/customers.
- To handle correspondence related to all customer service and marketing activities.
- To represent the company in attending meetings with customers, communicate & maintain good customer service and business relationships in assigned areas.
- To manage multiple projects at the business and organization level by working with interdepartments.
- To coordinate, follow up and attend all customer's external audits and ensure compliance to all audit areas by working with interdepartments.
- To prepare, monitor, and review the expiry date and terms & conditions of the customer's agreement.
- To support company activities and customer's special event announcements.
- To provide accurate reports and timely reports to the superior and Management.
- To participate in external (RBA, customerrelated) and internal audits (ISO, RBA &, etc)
- To ensure operational activities meet the department's objectives and achieve department KPIs.
- To assist in the preparation of tenancy agreement and support on Admin Operations when required by superior or Management from time to time.
- To undertake and execute and adhoc assignments or other job tasks as and when required by superior or management from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a related field.
- Required Skill(s): Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, Has initiative and is able to work independently in a variety of situations, Good time management is essential, Possess own car transport
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
