Administration Job details: Working hours : 8.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday Working Location : Taman Perindustrian UEP, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor

Salary :
RM RM 3500 Job Description : 1. Assisting the sales team for all the claims from region sales supervisor or sales coordinator 2. Establish active communication and engagement with sales team to ensure that claims are processed promptly. 3. Receiving and verifying all the claims, including incentive's claim 4. Maintaining and updating sales and spending tracking 5. Compiling monthly sales reports 6.

Doing all other jobs in the sales section of the company that fit into his/her work area of responsibilities and duties Requirement 1.

A Bachelor degree / Diploma in Business Administration or related field. 2. 2 or more years experience in sales 3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP and pivot tables 4. Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed 5.

Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services 6.

Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence 7. Must have strong communication skills to create and distribute company-wide newsletters and memos 8. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines 9.
