Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and closure of individual projects within the program portfolio.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
Understand business needs and requirements, steer development and delivery of IT solution towards fulfilling the business objectives
Manage project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities and fostering a collaborative environment.
Monitor project performance, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions.
Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
Conduct Regular Project Meetings and Steering Committee meetings
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and Senior Management/Steering Committee
Create and maintain relevant project documentation such as project charter, project plans, status reports and operational checklists

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a preference for those with experience in network or technology infrastructure projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Scrum Master Program certification preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Extensive sector domain knowledge and able to work with senior management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua/Mandarin speaking and writing ability is an advantage
Demonstrate a strong awareness of the uses of retail technologies within the industry sector and specifically within competitive or associated organisations operating in the same market
Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation, FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
Knowledge in POS and Store Operation will be advantaged
