Description
To Coordinate with the property and Revenue Manager if there are any issues with connectivity or changes in payment mode etc.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior, affecting revenue.
- Conduct daily rate shop to ensure parity
- Prepare monthly Market Segment reports and OTA performance report
- Generate adhoc reports for senior management to support strategic decision making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- To ensure IDS, Chanel Manager & SynXis are synchronized.
- Check daily on booking pace and inform RM on dates that enable the property to yield
- Communicate selling strategies to the reservation team and front office colleagues.
Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
