Responsibilities:

Individual Counseling:

Conduct oneonone counseling sessions with clients to address their mental health concerns.
Assess clients' needs, establish treatment goals, and create personalized counseling plans.

Group Therapy:

Facilitate group therapy sessions to address common mental health issues and promote a sense of community and support.

Assessment and Diagnosis:

Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions.
Provide accurate diagnoses based on clinical assessments and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Treatment Planning:

Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.
Implement evidencebased therapeutic interventions to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

Crisis Intervention:

Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
Collaborate with emergency services or appropriate resources as needed.

Collaboration and Referrals:

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and support organizations to ensure holistic care.
Make referrals to specialists or additional services when required.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in all documentation.

Education and Prevention:

Conduct educational workshops and training sessions to promote mental health awareness and prevent mental health issues.
Develop and implement preventive strategies to support overall mental wellbeing.

Requirements and skills
- at least Master's program (in-progress) in psychology, counselling, therapeutic or a related field

12 years' fulltime experience (with basic licensing required by regional standards)
Ability to pass a thorough background check
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Have strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to Conducting session for clients, Assist Senior Level in case documentation, cofacilitating groups or workshops, continuing education or R&D.
Can works under regular supervision.
