Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to queries, concerns and complaints from members or prospect members, provide appropriate solution
  • Deliver highquality customer service, and provide information on membership benefits, policies and procedures to members
  • Serve members in a timely and effective manner and record relevant data accurately in the company database system.
  • Manage and coordinate gift redemptions while keeping a regular checklist for all stock inventory
  • Collaborate with and support marketing team during promotional and festive events
  • Recruit new membership

Requirements:


  • 1 year relevant experience in a customer service support environment preferable
  • Good communication skills with a customeroriented approach. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month
