Member Relations Officer - Bukit Jalil, Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to queries, concerns and complaints from members or prospect members, provide appropriate solution
- Deliver highquality customer service, and provide information on membership benefits, policies and procedures to members
- Serve members in a timely and effective manner and record relevant data accurately in the company database system.
- Manage and coordinate gift redemptions while keeping a regular checklist for all stock inventory
- Collaborate with and support marketing team during promotional and festive events
- Recruit new membership
Requirements:
- 1 year relevant experience in a customer service support environment preferable
- Good communication skills with a customeroriented approach. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month
