Education:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field

Job responsibilities:


  • To develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • To manage the recruitment and selection process and to do the FTE analysis consistently.
  • To assess the training needs, sourcing the training provider and monitor training programs accordingly.
  • To manage performance appraisal system (SPAR) meticulously and to prepare the report as required by management and GHRM.
  • To prepare payroll and payment vouchers for related authorities and to monitor the completion of the payment on timely manner.
  • To monitor attendance, arrangement of leave, replacement, overtime, claim and to prepare the report on monthly basis.
  • To bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other HR related issues and act as the point of contact with external authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, PERKESO, MEF and others
  • To manage and maintain the benefits program and insurance policies required for the Company and staff such as Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Term Life and General Insurance.
  • To coordinate engagement session in nurturing a positive working environment and enhancing productivity at work.
  • To ensure legal compliance throughout HR management to provide administration support to General Manager
  • To maintain employee records and to carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • To manage stationeries, supply for office and outlets and to research competitive pricing for the supplies
  • To undertake any ad-hoc task and all other duties as instructed by the management from time to time
  • Ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity is upheld at all times and to adhere to all company Policy and Procedure

Salary:
From RM2,800.00 per month
