Human Resources Support:


  • Collaborate with the Singapore HR team to assist in various HRIS activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism.
  • Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and business needs
  • Accurately input and update employee information in Workday
  • Document Policies for the organisation and update it regularly on company portal

IT Proficiency:


  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Efficiently organize and manage data to support various business functions.
  • Generate reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct regular system checks to maintain data accuracy

Workday Experience (Added Advantage):


  • Familiarity with Workday software is an added advantage.
  • Assist in data entry and management within the Workday system.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving basic Workdayrelated issues.

Up to RM4,000.00 per month
