About Our Client:

Our client offers online training courses with the aim of providing high-quality content while lowering the learning threshold, thereby enable everyone to grow continuously.

Job Scope:

Respond to customer enquiries regarding courses, live stream, website information, and other related matters.
Follow up with students regarding payment, learning progress, inquiries, and to maintain records of their information.
Conduct research to gather information when needed.
Organize and structure information into coherent document for further action.
Assist with accounting tasks, such as maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records, managing payments and transactions, and processing invoices.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
Ability to work independently with strong problemsolving, logical thinking, and selfmotivation skills.
Possesses responsible, detailoriented, and organized working attitude.
Prior experience in account assistant or account admin is preferred.
