Description
Household products Retail Chain hiring Retail Operation Manager for overseeing daily operations of over 40 branches.

  • Monitor and coach outlet staffs for daily operation and for achieving sales targets.
  • To develop and implement SOPs to ensure compliance to applicable laws.
  • Overseeing hiring and training of new staff.
  • Work closely with senior management for expansion of business.

Requirements:


  • Min 5 years working experience in operation management of either convenient stores. mini mart or retail chain
  • Traveling is expected, must have own transport.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malayu and Chinese/Mandarin

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
