Executive Assistant - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - YYC & Co
Description
Assisting the Head/ Director in managing business related activities.- Schedule business and personal meetings and travel arrangements.
- Attend to administrative and confidential matters assigned by the Director.
- Organizing and coordinate meetings, arranging appointments and writing minutes.
- Coordinate with respective personincharge in the development on completion of projects/assignments.
- Liaising with internal and external contacts.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of personnel, clients, and business partners.
Qualifications And Experience:
- Possess a Degree certificate level in any relevant field.
- Minimum a 25 years working experiences for the similar role.
- Good command of English & Mandarin.
- Able to handle multiple assignments and with good time management.
- High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality always.
- Able to perform work independently with selfawareness.
