Description
Assisting the Head/ Director in managing business related activities.

  • Schedule business and personal meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Attend to administrative and confidential matters assigned by the Director.
  • Organizing and coordinate meetings, arranging appointments and writing minutes.
  • Coordinate with respective personincharge in the development on completion of projects/assignments.
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of personnel, clients, and business partners.

Qualifications And Experience:


  • Possess a Degree certificate level in any relevant field.
  • Minimum a 25 years working experiences for the similar role.
  • Good command of English & Mandarin.
  • Able to handle multiple assignments and with good time management.
  • High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality always.
  • Able to perform work independently with selfawareness.
