Description
Coordinate and liaise with the sales team for new business implementation, claims and/or disputes/issues.

  • Responsible for quotation handling including costing and pricing.
  • Keep regular contact with customers to maintain good relationships and provide advice to their enquiries.
  • Develop and manage business development procedures and related documentation as per the companies/customer
  • Prepare reports including weekly sales pipeline reports per Management's requirements.
  • Monitor industry service prices and cost structures.
  • Obtain adhoc costing from service providers and ocean cost from carriers.
  • Onboard new customer accounts and update quotations, contracts, costing in Company's ERP system and ensure proper documentation in an auditproof manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the thirdparty logistics sector and/or management experience is required
  • Demonstrated freight forwarding, warehousing and logistics operations expertise
  • Understand Import and Export Flow
  • Minimum 3 years of total working experience in the Logistics services industry
  • Recognized Diploma/Degree

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
