Start date: 13 March 2024.

We will only consider fresh grads with a minimum Diploma MQA that is able to start work on the 13th of March 2024.

Salary:
RM 2300 (Renewable 1 year contract)

Work pattern is from Monday - Sunday.

Working hours: 7am - 7pm (9 hours rotation)

We are a single point of contact to respond to customer enquiries and feedback on billing and account related matters based in Glenmarie Subang.

Fastpaced environment processing customer request
Identify and handle customer inquires till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.
To be a good participation team player in helping the team to achieve the overall KPI's.
To manage internal and external customers with high respect while maintaining professionalism.
Ensure the data are accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.
To carry out any adhoc special tasks assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must be below 35 years old.
Preferably with fresh graduate or minimum of 01 year working experience in Administration / Customer Service
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory (both speaking and writing).
20 full time
contract position available
