Job Responsibilities- Responsible for the up/down mould for all tooling in machines, update daily mould servicing checklist, daily parameter record, solve problem troubleshoot.
- Check and service daily the production tooling condition.
- Ability to know setup/down tooling for production schedule / repair.
- Ability to know sequence of core system / pullback system.
- Responsible for ensure every production tooling in the good condition.
- Troubleshoot tooling in machine and know reason of reject.
- To ensure robot use during production.
- To arrange daily all tool proper at storage / racking.
- To check daily water flowrate equipment's.
- To ensure safety compliance in injection machines.
- To maintain 5s and housekeeping in good conditions.
- Any duties assigned by Management.
- With minimum 3 years of working experiences as tooling technician would be an added advantage.
- SPM/STPM/Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant field will be an advantages.
- Knowledge in
Tooling Machine is required. - Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and minimum supervision.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
