About the Role

What do you want to expect:

  • Manage customer billing activities, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Review and analyse billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve billingrelated issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, finance, and legal, to ensure accurate contract information and billing terms.
  • Monitor customer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and proper documentation.
  • Conduct periodic audits to identify billing and contract management risks and implement appropriate controls.
  • Work closely with the sales team to validate contract terms, pricing, and discounts.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and dispute resolution.
  • Continuously improve billing and contract processes by identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining, and efficiency enhancements.
  • Stay uptodate with industry regulations and best practices in billing and contract management.
What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in customer billing and contract management, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong understanding of control and risk adherence principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Proficient in using billing and contract management systems/software
  • SAP, Confluence, Salesforce Lightning/Apttus etc
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the billing and contract management field.
