Description
1) Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices to improve the organization's human resources

2) Maintains the work structure by updating all job requirements and job descriptionsEstablishes a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program to assist the organization's staff

3) Handle monthly payroll

4) Ensure employee wellness and satisfactionSource and hire top talents

6) Perform orientation and presentations to new employees or guests to the company

7) Assist upper management in crafting company policies


Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:
