Role Description

  • This is a fulltime onsite role located in Bayan Lepas for a Junior Payroll Executive. The Junior Payroll Executive will be responsible for calculating and processing payroll for employees accurately and timely, administering employee benefits, and updating our HRIS system with employee data. The Junior Payroll Executive will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders on payroll and benefits related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll administration and processing
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MySolution System
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and processes in Malaysia is a plus
