Scope of the Role

  • Support and ensure the Division/Department maintains an adequate and effective first line of defence risk management program
  • Assist the Business and Support Management to achieve full adherence with all banking laws, rules, regulations and internal policies, procedures and processes.
  • Support the effective execution of the operational risk and compliance throughout the Bank/Group, with respect to identifying, quantifying, reviewing, evaluating and measuring risk to ensure that all compliance and risk
  • Responsible to support the management of operational risk and regulatory risk for the Division/department across the legal entities or across the geography as stated in the appointment letter.
  • For external regulatory examination: the DCORO is responsible to support the RCO in addressing all concerns and requirements of regulators with respect to risks within their functional area of responsibility.
  • Support and ensure the Division/Department maintains an adequate and effective first line of defence
  • Assist the Business and Support Management to achieve full adherence with all rules and compliance.
  • Responsible to support the management of operational risk and regulatory risk
  • Responsible to support the RCO in addressing all concerns and requirements of regulators with respect to risks

Requirement:


  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years work experience with relevant experience of a risk/audit/compliance/legal related role
