Responsibilities:

Assist with providing solutions to inbound customer inquiries through effective problem solving and decision making
Assist immediate manager with team motivation and performance monitoring
Mentor associates to improve individual performance
Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets under little to no direct supervision
Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behaviour from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications:

3 months of contract (possible to convert to permanent if very qualified/good)
MUST be immediately available and able to start on 4th September 202
On boarding date: 4th September
Non negotiable
Good communication skills
Interview: 1 round only (virtual 15 minutes) (to assess if can speak, decent). Will be interviewed by 2 people/interviewers.

Additional Information:

Working arrangement: Shift basis (8am to 5pm, latest shift is 11am to 8pm)
Working location: UOB branch in Jalan Raja Laut
Training provided at the UOB branch in Plaza 1, KL that is located next to the branch at Jalan Raja Laut.
Very supportive team and supervisors who will help to manage/handle difficult calls with clients.
