Reports To:


  • Manager, Airport Services Safety Assurance

Role Purpose:


  • Manage and execute Safety and Quality Program for passenger and cargo Operations. Ensuring MAB staff and Ground Services Provider systemwide are complying to regulations and conformance to MAB standard requirements.

Key Accountability:


  • Responsible to develop, implement, maintain and enforce best practice processes in cargo operations with the goal of maximizing efficiency, quality and safety of handling process.
  • To establish and monitor Quality Assurance Audit Program, analyse the findings and observations Root Cause Analysis to establish the effective permanent solutions for the nonconformity for passenger and cargo operations.
  • Plan and execute yearly Safety Promotion for passenger and cargo staff and service provider.
  • To carry out safety inspection, enforcement for passenger and cargo operations.
  • To ensure operational activities are within tolerable risk by conducting and managing Risk Assessment for passenger and cargo operations.

Qualifications & Working Experience:


  • Degree in any field of study with 4 years of working experience.
  • Diploma in any field of study with 7 years of working experience.

Skills & Knowledge:


  • Competent in Dangerous Goods Regulations. Holding a valid Category 6 DG license.
  • Experience in airlines and Cargo Operations in dealing with Dangerous Goods incidents, reporting and investigation.
  • Knowledgeable in IATA / ICAO Dangerous Goods Regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in operational, safety, quality, training and standards.
