Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the FMCG company.
Handle office documentation, records, and filing systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in government-related matters such as EPF and Socso compliance.
Coordinate office activities and ensure a well-organized work environment.
Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless administrative operations.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Proficient in office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Familiarity with government regulations and EPF/Socso processes (advantageous).

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
