Ticketing Officer - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Mayflower Group
Description
To provide
travel management services to existing clientele base, and more in the sales pipeline, contributing a healthy sales mix for business sustainability in Wholesale & Corporate Ticketing Department.
- Provide services according to customer's request, meeting the agreed SLA (service level agreement).
- Able to manage 24/7 call center services
- To manage bookings according to customer's policies and procedure
- Monitor credit limit and seek Superior or Head of Finance for final approval if over limit.
- Manage agreed credit terms, send SOA to customers for timely collection
- To market Ad hoc promotion to improve sales performance
- To meet regular reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma Tourism Management, proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (an added advantage)
- Minimum 5 years above related experience in handling corporate customers and with experience in supervising team members, debriefing and training
- Skills in
Ticketing: GDS Sabre, Amadeus and Travelport (an advantage), OBT and Airline booking portal - Good interpersonal, organizing and written & spoken English communication
- Working location: Fraser Business Park, Pudu KL, nearby public transportation
Pay:
From RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
