Responsibilities

  • To manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (both sub-sale and project works) and ensuring all transactions meet their legal obligations.
  • To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and re-financing.
  • Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, real estate agents and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters and attend signing with clients.
  • Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies/agencies and related parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files.

Requirements:

1. 0-5 PQE in Conveyancing practice.

  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Added advantage to applicants who are able to communicate in Mandarin.
  • Hardworking and a team player who is always willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to RM5,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
