Description
Job Descriptions:
- To perform color matching process based on sample given and provided resin.
- To perform color checking for all product (before mass production, inprocess, outgoing or when required.
- To mold and check all plate based on daily production.
- To operate and maintain injection machine for color plate or test specimen preparation.
- To register color code and prepare colorcard for submission.
- To upkeep and maintain color lab document and related document.
- To perform mold changes when required as per instruction.
- To prepare related documents and color plate for deliveries purpose.
- To operate and maintain lab extruder for sample production.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior due to changes in organization and business direction.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of higher secondary certification
- Pigment and additive knowledge
- Good Communication and teamwork skills
- Good computer literacy
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
