Description
Roles and Responsibility
- To encourage employees to take initiative in learning necessary skills and knowledge by promote the training linked performance system in order to nurture lifelong learning culture within every employee.
- To equip front liners with adequate product knowledge by conducting Super Store eLearning Test in order to qualified Super Store status
- To enhance lifelong learning for human capital development by recommend selected books and rewards to the Super Executive (RLG) in order to nurture learning culture among employees.
- To facilitate employees with proper elearning platform by uploading articles and questions online in order to encourage selfinitiative learning and earns training credit hours.
- Keep track of departmental weekly and monthly performance by preparing weekly & monthly report and training evaluation report in order to assess KPI achievement & plan for future action.
- Updates latest information and learning material at online resource centre (Smartship) in order to facilitate knowledge sharing among employees from everywhere & anytime.
- To assists in the nomination process by sending out online nomination form to Division Head in order to identify and recognize potential successors for future HODs (Super Executive and RME).
- To prepare for payment by submitting necessary documents & form to FRT department, in order to ensure smooth transaction of payment to internal staff and external supplier.
- To publish or uploads of products latest trend or information to social media, new book to read, magazine to read and others information, in order to encourage online learning among SBU staff, anytime & everywhere.
- To assists in the book borrowing process and upload of eBook by using online library (Librarika) and Smartship, in order to nurture lifelong learning culture among employee.
- Assist in external training arrangement by liaise with training service provider, in order to facilitate employee development program.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
