Job responsibilities:

Undertake quarterly & yearly stocktaking activities and weekly cycle count.
Monitor the condition of stored items and implement proper storage methods to prevent damage or deterioration.
Monitor stock depletion and reorder supplies in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions, including purchase orders, receipts, and issues.
Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the superior and storage manager.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and stock variations.
Organize and optimize storage space to maximize efficiency and facilitate easy access to supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for necessary materials and supplies.
Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries for accuracy and quality.
Maintain high standard of safety & 5S housekeeping.

Job requirements:

At least a SPM or related, preferably with at least 2 years' related experience.
Minimum age 20 years old to maximum 35 years old
Good understanding warehouse management.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu, intermediate both written and spoken English and ability to communicate with all levels of people.
Working experience in the retail industry are preferred.
Excellent communication, strong leadership and analytical skill.
Selforganize & structure, independent and selfmotivated.
Willing to learn new things, accept new process.
