Whom we seek?

  • Able to communicate efficiently.
  • Preferred to have at least call centre experience.
  • Able to work on rotational shift.

What is your job tasks?

  • Assisting customers via Email, chat, phone and other channels at a high degree of quality
  • Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
  • Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
  • Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
  • Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
  • Take the extra mile to engage with consumers.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
