JOB SUMMARY
- To assist in the daily HR matters booking of room and assist in preparation of training materials and documents.
- Support the training / trainer if required (ensure training attendance, training evaluation form, Action Plan document duly completed)
- Maintain timely and accurate training hours in database.
- Ensure proper filing of all documentations
- Preparation of uniform, name tags, lanyard for new joiners.
- Assist in filing of non P&C matters
- Assist in any HR related projects.
- Assist in calculating OT / casual wages of staffs
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time, so the intern will be able to learn comprehensive spectrum of HR.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Energetic, dynamic and proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Creative, fun and positive.
Willingness to travel and must be able to work in shifts whenever required on Weekends and Public Holidays period to cater on the business needs.

Salary:
From RM500.00 per month
