Description

Responsibilities:

To assist the Finance Manager to implementing and take-up executive responsibility for the Finance functions as follows:
Account Payable (AP), Account Receivables (AR) & General Ledger (GL) Functions:

Checking account payable and receivable section matters.
To ensure accurate and timeliness update of payables into vendor ledger and customer ledger in the SAP FI/CO AP/AR Module
Prepare the proposal listing and payment for the vendors
Prepare online payment bank and related with the bank matters.
Liaison and assisting the compliance for the bank.
Prepare on Journal Entries
Prepare the creditor and debtor aging report
Ensure recognized timely and proper way for the accounts entries
To generate and posting for Debit Notes / Credit Notes based on approved requests given by relevant departments
Ensure internal control complied as per Company Procedure
Contribution in improvement works in Finance Department
To carry out any other tasks as and when instructed by the superiors.
