Responsibilities:

Outsourcing Project Management
Lead and manage outsourcing projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives and client expectations.


Engagement with Client Region Sponsor:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with client sponsors to align business strategies and foster collaboration.


Relationship Management:

Manage relationships with Client Region sponsors, understanding their goals and ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives.

Collaborate with sponsors to address challenges, provide solutions, and enhance overall satisfaction.


Outsourcing Staff Management:

Oversee and manage outsourcing staff, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with project goals.

Provide leadership and support to the outsourcing team to enhance productivity and efficiency.


Proof of Execution Collection:

Develop and implement processes for collecting proof of execution for initiatives.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project milestones and outcomes.


Business Review:

Conduct regular business reviews with Client Region sponsors to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing solutions and services.


Requirements:


Educational Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Professional Experience:


  • Having years of relevant experience in project management and account management.

Communication Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, sponsors, and outsourcing staff.

Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and interpersonal skills.

Project Management:


  • Extensive experience in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Results-Driven:


  • Demonstrated ability to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.

Analytical Thinking:


  • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to make datadriven decisions.

Adaptability:


  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client expectations.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Salary:
RM5, RM15,000.00 per month
