Customer Relations Executive - Melaka, Malaysia - Bamboo Hut Enterprise

Working Hours :9:30AM - 6:00PM ( 5 days per week )
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison to operations teams for customer issues
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through appropriate support channel
- Respond to support calls which include problem identification, escalation, and resolution of product issues
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Identify usability errors/ bugs and guide customers to trouble shoot & problem solving
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma.
- 12 years working within a customer support department.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Tech savvy in computer skills (Microsoft Office word, excel, powerpoint, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Able to speak, listen and write ordinary Mandarin, English, BM

- Based on normal office hours (9.30am6pm)

- If you have Facebook Digital Marketing Knowledge and Skill will be given priority
Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
