Working Hours :9:30AM - 6:00PM ( 5 days per week )


Job Scope / Responsibilities:


  • Act as liaison to operations teams for customer issues
  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through appropriate support channel
  • Respond to support calls which include problem identification, escalation, and resolution of product issues
  • To be constantly guided by company's service standards
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Identify usability errors/ bugs and guide customers to trouble shoot & problem solving

Requirements:


  • Minimum education: Diploma.
  • 12 years working within a customer support department.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech savvy in computer skills (Microsoft Office word, excel, powerpoint, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Able to speak, listen and write ordinary Mandarin, English, BM

Working Details

  • Based on normal office hours (9.30am6pm)

  • If you have Facebook Digital Marketing Knowledge and Skill will be given priority

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
