Jobscope:

  • Assist our guests at our checkin and checkout concierge
  • Be familiar with the surrounding of the township, attractions, facilities and able to offer advice to the guest whenever required
  • Prepare and serve all food & beverage related items such as welcome drinks by following all food safety and sanitation procedure
  • Assist in guest complaint management and problem solving
  • Assist in replying to guest messages and enquiries on hotline
  • Assist in daily adjustment of room rates
  • Assist in creation of social media content
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Adhoc

Working Hours & Location:

  • Shift based, must be ready to work weekends, 10am7pm
  • Location at Rawang

Salary:
RM RM1,200.00 per month
