Description
To ensure all task related to operation matters smoothly.
  • To communicate with vessel owners, terminal and charterer after agency appointment is confirmed.
  • To prepare EPDA base on specific port and type of cargo to be load/discharge
  • Dealing with local authorities in order prior vessel arrive and to ensure all the relevant document is submitted
  • To gather all the invoices before prepare the job sheet and billing purpose
  • Monitoring all operations staff and to ensure they are comply with company SOP
  • Keeping close update and communication with Principle and vessel/supt/owner's relating to vessel matter.
  • Liaise with ship agents and marine office for vessel details, schedules and updates.
  • Keep records of port disbursement, negotiating agent's commission and final settlement.

Requirement:

  • Preferable Degree in Maritime, Transportation Management/ Diploma in Shipping & Logistics
  • Knowledgeable in Port management & vessel clearance formalities & procedure
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Team player and able to work with all levels of people in the organization

Pasir Gudang / Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas / Westport
