Description
Infrastructure Management:
- Design, implement, and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all IT systems to support the academy's aviation and engineering activities.
Software Development and Integration:
- Develop and maintain custom software solutions tailored to the specific needs of aviation training, engineering design, and simulation.
Cybersecurity:
- Implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data, intellectual property, and operational systems from cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Data Management and Analytics:
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data generated by aviation and engineering activities.
- Develop data analytics tools and dashboards to provide insights for decisionmaking and process optimization.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to academy staff, instructors, and students encountering ITrelated issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to facilitate user selfservice and knowledge transfer.
Project Management:
- Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.
Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure IT systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards, such as FAA regulations for aviation training and engineering best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging regulations and proactively adapt IT practices to maintain compliance.
Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with IT vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service level agreements to ensure quality and value for the organization.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for IT staff to keep them abreast of new technologies and industry best practices.
- Offer training programs for academy staff and students to enhance their IT literacy and proficiency.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the IT department and across the organization.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT services.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
