Automotive Warranty Internship
Your internship will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with their vehicle warranties. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to process improvements, we welcome you to join our team

Maintain accurate and updated records of vehicle warranties in our database.
Regularly review and audit warranty data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Support the processing of automotive warranty claims.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information for efficient claims resolution.
Track and update the status of warranty claims to keep customers informed.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive warranty coverage and claim status.
Assist in drafting and disseminating warrantyrelated communications to customers.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve automotive warranty issues effectively.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Automotive Engineering, Business, Operations Management).
No work experience required.
